Date Real Estate — Agent Terms

By requesting agent access, you agree to the following:

1. Listing authority. You will only post listings for which you are the official listing agent (or have written authorization from the listing agent / property owner). Posting another agent's listing without permission is prohibited.
2. Accurate information. All listing details — price, address, photos, square footage, beds/baths, status — must be accurate and kept up to date. Sold or withdrawn listings must be marked accordingly without delay.
3. Licensing & compliance. You hold a valid real estate license in the jurisdiction where you list properties and will comply with all applicable real estate, fair-housing, and advertising laws.
4. Photo & content rights. You own or have permission to use every photo and description you upload. You grant Date Real Estate a non-exclusive license to display this content on the platform.
5. Buyer communication. You will respond to interested buyers professionally and respect their contact preferences. No spam, harassment, or off-platform solicitation unrelated to the inquiry.
6. No misleading conduct. No fake listings, bait-and-switch pricing, duplicate posts, or misrepresentation of the property or your role.
7. Account security. You are responsible for all activity on your account and will keep your credentials confidential.
8. Enforcement. Date Real Estate may suspend or remove your account and listings at its discretion if these terms are violated.
